Ian brings over 30 years of property funds management experience specialising in; fund compliance, custodial and entity management. He is a qualified accountant.

Property investor Phillip Wolanski is cashed up after selling Atanaskovic Hartnell house in the heart of Sydney's legal precinct for about $63 million.

The Uniting Church Property Trust, advised by Griffin Capital, bought the 15-floor offce block at 75 Elizabeth Street after looking all year to buy in the city core.
